Celebrate Black History at The Tab

February has begun, and that means that Black History month is currently underway.  You are invited to come and Celebrate Black History all month long here at The Tab.

1st Sunday Cover, for Black History Month

Some of our Regularly Scheduled Services have changed.

Please refer to our home page website for times and days of our Ongoing Ministries here at The Tab.

On 4th Sunday, we will have our annual African American Cultural Day and Fellowship Feast.

Put this on your calendar now!

Also, all month long, inside your Tabs (which all who are in attendance will receive) we will feature known, and unknown black men and women who overcame great obstacles in this nation. They are all evidence that no challenge put in our path is too big for us, or for our God! Looking back on black history gives us the opportunity to learn more about ourselves, and who we really are. We are not going to be defined in a positive light by those who’ve always seen us in a negative one. So during this month, we put a special spotlight on our story.

In the words of our Interim Pastor, Willie D. Hall, perhaps we’ll eventually reach a point where we celebrate black history all year round.

We hope to see you during this special month, here at the Tab!
